2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CYBERNAUTICA services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Place of Claims

Any claims related to the Service will be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and legal proceedings will be conducted in Czech courts.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age or the legal age of majority in your country to use the Service. CYBERNAUTICA reserves the right to refuse registration and to require additional information to confirm age.

5. Purchases

Virtual game currency may be purchased or won during gameplay. It is non-transferable and has no real-world value. Currency is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Return the purchase

If you experience billing errors, requests for refunds must be made within 96 hours. After 96 hours, CYBERNAUTICA will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

7. Property Rights to Content

The content of the apps is the sole property of CYBERNAUTICA, and must only be used for personal, private purposes. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Rules of Conduct

You agree not to upload or post unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable content. Any attempts to disrupt the service will result in account termination.

9. Termination

You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by uninstalling the apps. CYBERNAUTICA may also terminate the service or your access to it at any time.
